Introducing Talent as a Service (TaaS) from SpaPulse.
Since the launch of SpaPulse in July 2018, the team have been busy working on building traffic to the site and now have hundreds of job seekers listed, in the UK and Internationally. In addition, SpaPulse have been working with over 100 incredible spa and beauty brands and can confidently say they are fast becoming a leading recruitment site championing the spa industry!
Having run numerous luxury spas (the last being the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park), our CEO and Founder, Helena Field, understands first-hand how challenging it is to fill vacancies. Lack of time, budget and resources often act as major contributors to this. Although SpaPulse is starting to address some of the recruitment challenges the industry face, Helena knew more was needed.
As a result, the new staffing solution is born in the Talent as a Service from SpaPulse. The team will utilise both technology and industry expertise to help drive quality applications for your roles.

Most importantly you get your time back to focus on running your spa, while SpaPulse helps source quality talent. You could think of SpaPulse as an extension of your HR and Spa teams!
In the same way spa and fitness venues offer lower rate annual memberships, we will run this as a more cost-effective 12 month subscription paid upfront. The package takes care of your recruitment needs across Spa for 12 months and you won't need to find extra budget throughout the year.

Until March 31st 2019 the TaaS package will be half-price at only £1,205+VAT for a 12 month subscription (after this time the normal price will be £2,410 +VAT for the same terms). We're flexible with payment, which can be made by card/BACs/Standing Order or transfer.
Currently Talent as a Service works out at just over £100 per month for all of the above! Imagine what it would cost in other recruitment or job listing fees.
