Receptionist (Maternity cover)

We have an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist to join our aspiring team. This is a full time employed position, based in the lovely area of Amersham in Buckinghamshire. We are at the end of the met line & commutable to – from London.

Responsible to the Clinic Manager we are looking for someone who will deliver exceptional customer service on a daily basis with a ‘can do’ approach to any task given. As the clinic has a family run atmosphere you will strive in going above and beyond for not only clients but also the team.

Computer Microsoft skills are a must with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly. Alongside having strong administrative skills you will also be able to multi task and think outside the box. Training on software will be provided.

Lastly a great sense of humour is a must!

Duties may involve:

Managing and distributing information and post
Maintaining files

Hours required are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, (Wednesday 10.30am – 7.00pm) and one Saturday ONCE a month 9.00am – 5.00pm (A day off will be given in the week when working a Saturday). The role will consist of 3 days over the working week.

A work place pension and paid holidays are included. You will never have to work Christmas or New Year.

2 years experience is desired. Salary is dependent on experience and skill set
