The Exciting Opportunity

The Spa Director contributes to RBH’s goals and values by supporting the General Manager. The Spa Director will be a part of the senior team within the hotel, providing strategic leadership for the hotel as well as managing a luxury spa & health club. This includes managing a large spa team through supporting the Assistant Spa Manager to provide top quality treatment and service, as well as managing a leisure team through an Assistant Leisure Manager to maintain membership KPI's and provide safe and compliant leisure facilities for both hotel residents and health club guests.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can strategically drive a busy leisure club, communicate well with others, can implement strong leadership qualities, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of running a similar sized health club with relevant qualifications is preferable.
